About Scott Beville

I'm a Denver native and have spent my career helping people make smart real estate decisions throughout the Denver metro area. Having grown up here and worked through many different market cycles, I've watched neighborhoods evolve, development reshape communities, and market conditions change dramatically. That long-term perspective helps me give clients context that goes beyond the latest sales data.

I see my role as both an agent and a coach. Buying or selling a home can involve a lot of moving pieces, and my job is to help clients understand their options, make informed decisions, and negotiate from a position of strength. Sometimes that means pursuing an opportunity aggressively, and other times it means knowing when to walk away.

I'm also a longtime real estate investor and rental property owner. That experience gives me a practical understanding of property values, renovation decisions, rental markets, cash flow, and the long-term considerations of owning real estate. Whether a client is buying a first home, selling a longtime residence, moving within Denver, or evaluating an investment property, I bring the same thoughtful and analytical approach to the decision.

Clear communication is a major part of how I work. I want my clients to understand what's happening, why it matters, and what I recommend. My goal isn't simply to get a transaction closed. It's to help clients make decisions they'll still feel good about years later.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy Colorado with my wife, daughter and son. I played hockey while attending the University of Colorado and still play today. I also enjoy cycling, skiing, mountain biking and hiking.

I've been recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent by 5280 Magazine every year from 2011 through 2026, an honor awarded to approximately the top 5% of Denver-area real estate professionals based on client satisfaction and industry criteria.
